To shoot a better foul shot all you have to do is calm your nerves and act like you are by your self

If you do not feel confident in your shots bank it off the back board

In your free time go outside and practice on your foul shots and In your next game you will see a difference.

When you get the ball you have only 10 seconds to shot everyone thinks you can just stand up there forever but you can’t.

Balance is key when you are shooting free throws
